Members of the CSA Plowshare have their veggie pick-up every Tuesday afternoon in Sunny Acres Park. Lately, they've been bringing along their musical instruments and songs for "Veggie Pick-up Park Jams." When SNAP dropped by, singer/songwriter and provincial NDP candidate James Gordon was picking up his organic veggies - he's also a CSA member! He played a new song he's recently recorded, called "Jack's Dream", based on Jack Layton's final letter to Canadians. Very moving. Check it out on YouTube!

The sound is authentically real, soulfully draped over acoustic guitars, with a slight rasp undertone. Her gut wrenching, heart felt lyrics and melodies are completely like nothing out there you've heard. Nothing to compare her to, she is one of a kind.
